This Privacy Policy is specific to SYBO’s games offered on Apple Arcade (“Services”). It explains how personal information is collected, shared, and used in connection with Apple Arcade and how you can exercise your privacy rights. All of our Services available on Apple Arcade, whether used on mobile devices, Mac, or other platforms such as Apple TV, are governed by this Privacy Policy.

Data Collection
SYBO Services on Apple Arcade only use tools provided by Apple. The Services do not collect any personal information and do not store personal or gameplay data on SYBO servers. We do not share any data with third parties. All personal data described in this Privacy Policy is stored locally on your device or shared exclusively with Apple (for Game Center or iCloud). For information on data stored by Apple services, please refer to Apple’s Policies.
If you are signed in to Game Center, Apple will receive your gameplay activity such as achievements and leaderboards. You can decline to send data to Game Center at any time. To stop sending data to Game Center, you may sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings; however, doing so may impact some Game Center features and will prevent you from appearing on game leaderboards. You may also choose not to store data in iCloud. To turn off iCloud data storage, you must turn off iCloud in Apple Settings for our game.
European User Data Protection Rights
European Users or those residing in the European Economic Area (the “EEA”) are entitled to be informed and/or access the personal information about themselves that we process, but with certain legislative exceptions. European Users have the right to:
• Object to the collection and further processing of your personal information;
• Have personal data updated, rectified, erased, or blocked;
• Receive information about you that you have provided to us;
• Opt-out of certain uses and disclosures of your personal information; and
• Have your personal information transmitted to another data controller (data portability). In order for you to exercise your data protection rights, we are obliged to verify your identity.

SYBO does not collect or process any information from children that can be used to personally identify an individual.
