Before You Arrive
Many of our SYBOnians relocate from outside of the European Union (EU)
SYBO will be delighted to sponsor you and your dependents visa process. This can take up to 3 months but rest assured, we are happy to support you throughout.
In the meantime, you might get the opportunity to start remotely. Our awesome team will support and guide you through the process of setting you up to work remotely. Our IT team will ship you your equipment so you’re good to go! Now your visa is ready, we'll book your flights for you.
Everything is ready, it’s time for take-off ✈️
But what about my stuff?
Boxes, boxes and more boxes! Moving all of your possessions can be a stressful thing to do. We want to make the process simpler for you. Moving with your family and need help moving your stuff? Check! We’ll pay for you to transport 10 cubic meters. Would you rather buy stuff when you get to Denmark? We have you covered there too! We’ll give you 50.000DKK to buy furniture.

You’re now ready to begin your new life in Denmark. What’s next? We’ll arrange for an airport pickup for you when you arrive to take you to your temporary accommodation. We understand that moving to another country can be a big deal – we’re here to help!

SYBO is very happy to offer 3 months living in a temporary apartment while you search for something a little more permanent. FREE OF CHARGE. We provide rent and utilities so you can concentrate on adjusting to your new life in Denmark.

Settling In
Now you’re settled into your new home, it's time to get out there and explore the city!
SYBO’s relocation partners – Alfa Moving will show you round the neighborhood, explain the public transportation system (don’t worry it’s not as tricky as it looks!) and answer any questions you have about your new life in Denmark.
Your peace of mind is the most important thing for us! Now you know the lie of the land, it’s time to get the boring (but important!) practical things taken care of.
SYBO will help you with everything from setting up a bank account to getting you registered for a CPR (social security) number. To a newcomer, Danish bureaucracy can be confusing. Always remember you’re in good hands with us!
Now that you’re settled it’s time to take care of your loved ones.
Spouse Support
Moving county in support of your partner can often be hard.
At SYBO we understand this. When you start at SYBO you’ll be introduced to lots of warm and welcoming people who can help you feel settled in from day 1. This might not be the case for your spouse. That’s why at SYBO we offer Spouse Support so that your partner can feel settled in and be introduced to a supportive social network.
